Missy Couch Founder & CEO

Missy Couch

Founder & CEO

With over a decade of experience in school operations and administration, Missy has seen the tension school leaders face every day. It's the question, "how can I do the work that will make a lasting impact when I spend all day putting out fires?" That's why she founded CheckBox Pro. Missy uses her gifts of organization and prioritization to help school leaders reign in their workloads and re-focus on what matters most, impacting students. She lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband and two daughters.

If you handed your school keys to Nicole, took off, and returned a year later, you would likely find the organization running better than you left it. She's a licensed principal with a Masters in Secondary Education who has spent the last 15 years in charter schools serving as a teacher, administrator, and board member. She loves helping schools thrive. When administrators work with Nicole, they feel energized, optimistic, and less stressed because they know she's thought through the details. Nicole lives in San Antonio, Texas, with her husband (who's a school leader) and three children.
